Eric was prompt, organized , knew his product (which I totally appreciated his recommendations) thorough and left me with a new floor that is beautiful. I have been getting compliments from neighbors.......even during social distancing!! I highly recommend him and his company if you want a new, clean garage floor. I wish we could do our whole driveway with this product.

I highly recommend Carolina Polishing for your concrete floor needs. We had the epoxy chip system installed, and are quite pleased. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Carolina Polishing. After an internet search of contractors in the area, I asked Eric to come out and provide a cheap/mid-level quote to seal our garage floor. He replied very honestly that they didn't do cheap work - that got my attention, since I'm not used to contractors turning away jobs. He was at our house in 15 minutes and gave me a thorough no-pressure quote on their epoxy finish (which is just awesome - see the pictures/video on their site).
Eric and Letitia got our garage floor done in one day. It looks fabulous and completely redefines the space. The price was definitely fair and the quality is top notch - it also feels good knowing we have a fifteen year warranty in case of any issues down the line. I'd recommend their company to anyone who wants to dramatically improve the look of their garage floor. I'm very happy we made the investment and chose the right company to provide the service.

In March of this year our garage floors were transformed into spectacular beauties by Eric and his wife. We thought the process would be messy but soon realized the process was contained and the garages were left clean with everything back in its place all in a day! Now I want to keep the garage floors clean! My brother and sister in law live in Florida and attempted to DIY this treatment on their garage floor but it does not compare in quality or good looks. I just had Eric and his sons put an epoxy floor in my garage. It was better that I could have imagined.
When I first contacted Eric he didn’t quibble about price. His product is what it is and worth every penny. Eric is very professional and does what he says. His boys are equally professional, well mannered, and very hard workers. Eric put the epoxy cup coating my my three car garage floor, measuring 875 sq ft and it could not look more professional. That with a 15 yr warranty.

Eric and his staff did a very professional job on an existing cheap epoxy put down 15 years ago by myself in 600+ sq ft garage. It had to be removed and new product applied all within 1 day. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Eric's communication capacity, contract, and thoroughness is something that you can not always find today. At first we were not sure we wanted to go through the hassle of moving everything out of the garage. We were also concerned about the weather. However, Eric and Letitia assisted in the removal of garage contents and used tarps to cover everything. They showed up on time and did a great job. We are very pleased with the results. I finally got the awesome garage floor that I’ve always wanted. And we couldn’t be more pleased with the job done by Carolina Polishing. Our house is set up so that we enter and exit through the garage all the time. Now the biggest room in the house looks as good as the rest. If you’ve been thinking about doing it my advice is go ahead – you’ll be very glad you did.
I’ll admit I can be a slow mover on projects so it took me a long time to pull the trigger and get this done. But I never got any pressure from Carolina Polishing after they came out to give me a quote. The owners, Eric & Letitia, are very professional and quality conscious. They show up on time. And they don’t smoke or even play a radio. And they get the job done in one day. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to empty the garage but they will help you with a few heavy items. Their equipment is much quieter than I expected with very little dust generated.
The finished product really looks great, It brings me a smile every time I go in or out of the garage which is several times a day. Give them a call!

Eric gave me an estimate, made the appointment, and showed up right on time. Ground down the old nasty DIY floor, and installed new epoxy chip floor in a day! His crew was professional and courteous. Answered all my questions. Floor looks amazing. This was about 5 months ago, floor still looks new.
I started the process before we closed on our new house, and Eric was there the day after closing, measuring, and gave me an estimate on the spot, which was the final bill....no surprises.
